History Overview

Starting with Adam and the early world, we move through Noah and the flood, then into God’s promise to Abraham, where a family begins to grow into a nation. From there, we follow Moses as God forms Israel, leading into the rise of the kingdom under David.

The story continues through the nation’s decline, exile, and eventual return during leaders like Nehemiah, highlighting a period of waiting and silence—until everything changes with the coming of Jesus Christ at the center of history.

Adam to Noah

We continue to look at the few character and stories that have a mega-impact of the Bible. In these few stories we are introduced to God, the universe, mankind, sin, death, and the good new of the coming deliverer. Come learn the first chunk of biblical history in a way that will impact your view of the entire Bible. Noah to Abraham

We continue our walk through Bible history with another thousand year jump! We start with Noah and move our way through the great flood, God's covenant with Noah and his family, the spread of the nations, and the Tower of Babel. These stories set the stage for the rest of the Old Testament and develop colossal ideas like God saving the righteous from judgment, Babylon's opposition to God, and human government.

Abraham to Moses

We continue our walk through Bible history with another great stretch of time! We start with Abraham and follow his family through Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. Along the way, we see God's covenant with Abraham, the promised birth of Isaac, Jacob's twelve sons, and Joseph's journey from slavery to power in Egypt. These stories set the stage for the formation of the nation of Israel and develop colossal ideas like God's faithfulness to His promises, His providence, and His ability to use even suffering to accomplish His purposes.
